About Your Booking

Information about prices.

Prices are per person and night incl. half board and all hotel services listed, as well as children's and adult program and various sports programs (only in July and August), excl. visitor's tax (persons over 16 years), excl. dog fee (€ 15,- per day without food).

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel and Hospitality Industry apply:

  • 3 months to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total package price
  • 3 weeks to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total package price
  • 90% of the total package price during the week prior to the arrival date

Local and state taxes per person per night for guests aged 16 and older: €2.90

Arrive, relax, and enjoy your vacation: Your room will be ready for you starting at 3:00 p.m. On the day of your departure, please check out by 11:00 a.m.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Rooms

Are there rooms with connecting doors for families?
Yes. The Classic Family Suite features two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed or pull-out sofa—connected by a door. The Superior Family Suite offers two double rooms, each with a double bed.
Can I stay in a room by myself?
Yes—we have our own single rooms (Classic category; see price list). If you'd like to book another room for single occupancy, please feel free to contact us directly.
Are there cribs or high chairs?
Yes, we provide both free of charge.
Is there a refrigerator in the room?
Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with a refrigerator in your room.
Are dogs allowed in the room?
Yes, dogs are welcome. The additional charge is €15 per day, excluding food (2026 price list). Please keep dogs on a leash on the hotel grounds; dogs are not allowed in the dining room.
