Prices are per person and night incl. half board and all hotel services listed, as well as children's and adult program and various sports programs (only in July and August), excl. visitor's tax (persons over 16 years), excl. dog fee (€ 15,- per day without food).

Cancellation conditions
The general terms and conditions for the hotel and catering industry apply:
3 months to 1 month before the date of arrival 40% of the total package price
3 weeks to 1 week before the date of arrival 70% of the total package price

What is included in the room rate?
Half-board (breakfast buffet and a choice of dinner options) as well as the full range of recreational activities: rowboats and pedal boats, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, about 30 rental bicycles, 3 sand tennis courts, an indoor pool, a sauna, and children’s entertainment in July and August.
Are the prices per person?
Yes, all room rates on this page are per person and include half-board.
How much is the child discount?
Children sharing a room with their parents: 100% discount for children up to 3.9 years old, 75% for children aged 4 to 7.9 years, 60% for children aged 8 to 11.9 years, and 50% for children aged 12 to 13.9 years. In family suites: 25% discount for the first child; 50% discount for each additional child.
How much does it cost to bring a dog along?
15 € per day, excluding food (2026 price list).
For what period does the price list apply?
The hotel operates seasonally and is open from late April through early October. The 2026 price list is valid from April 26 through October 5, 2026.
